Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the order date

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and ideally in original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is not faulty: You are responsible for return shipping or arranging a return

• If the item is faulty or damaged: We’ll cover the return shipping or collection cost and provide a full refund or replacement

Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected

• If the item is faulty, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement item

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or variant, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Packaging

We recommend using the original packaging to help protect the item during return transit.
